Aside from spreading messages, raising awareness, expressing ideas, and many other personal reasons, we can also observe street art being used both for people to perceive art, as well as a way of advertising products and brands.

A clear example to this, are the various Gucci Murals located in Milan, Italy that showcase street art and the brand logo, along with the graphic representation of a product or a symbol form the brand.

These murals specially caught my attention when, last February I was roaming the streets of Milan as a tourist when I stumbled across what I believe is a magnificent way of promoting the brand, without altering the beauty of the urban landscape, and actually making It sort of a tourist attraction.

Taking advantage of marvelous locations in two of the most important and iconic fashion capitals, as well as big cities known for their various types of art, Gucci was able to keep spreading their brand even more across these important cities, and keeps adding street art to the representation of their brand.
